Fort San Lorenzo & Gatun Locks 
Visit an authentic Spanish Fort built in 1595 at the mouth of the Chagres river. The drive takes you through some beautiful rain forest, where it is very likely that we will see Monkeys, Coati mundis, Toucans and other jungle wildlife. There is a small beautiful beach next to the fort that we almost always have to ourselves so pack your swimsuit and a towel. We will also stop at the Gatun Locks to see the workings of the Panama canal up close and personal.

El Valle 
Visit an extinct volcano, the only one in the world with a town located inside of it. The floor of the volcano is physically isolated so has some unique biodiversity that is located nowhere else in the world. We will explore the beautiful valley floor and see the unique golden frogs and square trees. There are options to soak in the natural hot springs &/or take a zipline canopy tour. There is a fun local artist and produce market and many great restaurants to eat lunch.

Panama City with an option of the Panama canal
Panama City tours will take you to see the old section of town, Casco Viejo as well as to the top of Ancon Hill for a panoramic view of the city. Your tour intinerary will be designed with your personal interests in mind. Tell us what you want to see and we will take you to the places and areas you would like to visit, without having to negotiate the crazy traffic or dealing with the kamikaze taxi drivers. An option to visit the Miraflores locks of Panama canal can easily be part of this day.

Bocas del Toro 
Bocas del Toro is a beautiful group of islands on the Caribbean coast up near Costa Rica. There is excellent snorkeling, beaches, dolphins, many over the water hotels, and great restaurants. There is even an option to take a day tour to swim with manatees! Bocas is a short flight from Panama City or a long 1 or 2 day drive. If you would like a guide who speaks Spanish to smooth your way and recommend what to do and where to stay, Anne is available to make your trip easy and fun.
